My wife put up a false case 498A 3&4 DP act against me and my mother and sisters who do not live in one shelter , in my 5years marital life she hardly stayed with me for 10 months that too on and off... charge sheet is not yet filed , i just want to remove my people from the case..
Is it possible that Investigation officer can remove their names after proper investigation and put charge sheet only on me? also i have enough evidence that i have't harrased her for dowry as i dont even know her salary as i never demanded her to give our basis problem in the relation is her suspicious nature and ego problem, based on the above can Investigation Officer dismiss the case ?
