One person RK lodged false DDR against three persons,A,B,C.He compromised with A and said nothing about B,C.
B,C approached Police Chowki for clearing their name from DDR or take action as deemed fit.
ASI incharge gives clean chit to B,C.
B,C file defamation case against RK for harrasment ,making false complaint and defaming them in colony.
RK also circulated photocopied leaflets in colony saying ," B,C are anti social and spreading Gundagardi".
B,C filed defamation case criminal and civil against RK for false DDR.
Is lodging DDR an act of defamation ? In this case DDR happens to be on false facts.RK wrote to police that A,B,C entered his house when no one enetred his house.
