False dowry case of 420 for engagement break off

I am from Hyderabad. We are suffering from false dowry case where there is no marriage just engagement broke between 2 families. I am Elder sister .Case is filled on 6 people including me, my parents, brother, sister and sister’s husband. The case is in other state that is in Andra pradesh, we are in Hyderabad which comes Telengana newly formed state. As states separated now, I think we should apply from Supreme Court. We have life threat, we have proofs too for that .The other state is dangerous to us. Police has framed false case so they are supporting them. We never took any dowry from them and even engagement expenses were also made by us in our state. there was disagreement because of fight between bride brother and groom as bride brother damaged scorpio arranged by us for his personal use since his Innova was with us.he has done accident and never turned up and we Filled Interpleader suit.Counter to that he filled wrong DOWRY case of rs 6 lakhs on 6 family members by managing police.we got stay of arrest.since we have life threat the case has to be transfered from that state to our state.IS there any rejection possiblities if they contest strongly.

Dear ABC defeat the case on merit.

As making false allegation is easy but prove before the court of law is mor edifficult.

High court common for both states, so i think you can approach HC for quash or bail or discharge some persons from the case or speedy trial, whatever the relief you need.

When the person is suspectiing life threat in other state how can we advise him to defeat the case on merrit particularly when she is asking provision for transfer of teh case.
