What is the hierrarchy of appeal if a case for DV/Dowry is filed in family court?
what is the maintainence is granted by court ,but husband need to appeal ?
do he need to pay interim maintainence as granted by court or it is to be decided after appeal?

In maintenance case husband has to pay the interim maintenance allowance til the hearing of appeal.

wife is earnig around 30,000 per month and me triple of that ,is this the reason ?

In that reason she can not claim,so you should file an objection with proper evidence of income proof.

sir ,my question is regarding appeal ---where can i appeal if maintainence is granted ,as i have gone through the earier post.
second she has mentioned in the petetion that she is not working ,but i ave the proff for her job---does this fact can have any penalty for her ?
my last point is i m living alone in a rented house but she is not staying with me (she and her parents demand money and property to be transfered to her ) ,so after giving warnings to me she has filed the case --no dv/no dowry taken nor demanded ever.
