A women 24 married to a man 26 after running away from her house at the age of 19.
Later she again ran with another man and filed domestic voilence and maintanece against her husband.
The husband found her multiple relationshsips and stays in hotels without his knowledge
Now the court has granted husband to pay 84k maintenace, how he can safegurad himself can take action against wife. He is not willing to givce divorce on this ground. can someone help- case belongs to Jaipur /Delhi

If his wife is invloved in the acts of adultery and illicit affairs with many men then what is the purpose he is going to solve by still remaining married to her.
If she had obtained an order towards maintenance then he would not have fought properly in the court against her.
Even now on the basis of the evidences he can file an appeal before the appellate court to get the maintenance amount reduced. .

You can appeal the said case in Higher Court for getting good relief.
