false sc/st atrocities act

i want to know that
my neighbour who belongs to sc community, had filed a false case against me and my father .

how will this matter solve ?

Dear querist,

False case will not suvive in court. You have to appoint lawyer and fightout the case.

people usually got trapped in false cases, anyway, you should defend the case engaging a prudent counsel

Whether FIR has been registered or yet to be lodged ?

What are the allegations levelled and provisions of law applied ?

Have you been arrested or not ?

It is better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
