False statement in court/different statement in court

same person giving different information in different courts.a woman & her family has filed false cases against my friend Mr Y. in one case u/s 125 she gave statment to magistrate in court  that she married Mr Y 35 years back as per  hindu customs & have 3 childerns from Mr.Y .she also  stated in court that those 3 childerns were admtd.in schools and in school's records children's father's name is Mr.Y.during cross-examination she also said that she does not know Mr X ( infact Mr. X was her husband and he died in 2009 , children's school certificates also have Mr X as their father , voter list also confirms Mr X as her husband & father of the childrens, ) after that during these court proceedings she never attend the court and after over 1 year court proceedings, court rejectd her application u/s 125.

that same lady filed another false case u/s 376 in other district court through her son that Mr.Y raped his wife.in that case she filed an affidavit and in affidavit she stated to magistrate  that Mr.Y is friend of her husband Mr.X and she married Mr.Y 35 years back.( her children are aged 26 y ,28y , 31 y -- their school certificates, voter i-cards haveMr. X as their father & even her son who has stated his wife to have been raped by Mr.Y has filed affidavit in the court saying Mr. X to be his father )

all the statements are false.in fact Mr.Y is unmarried and  have no childern and have never been in contact with her and her family.in fact motive is behind all these grab the property etc. of Mr.Y.

CAN ANY 1 SUGGEST WHAT IS THE LEGAL COURSE AGAINST THAT LADY,AS SHE IS GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS TO MAGISTRATE AS WELL AS AFFIDAVITS IN DIFFERENT COURTS. .

Your friend will have to contest the case .  If he acquitted then let him file a defamation case against her

I shall want to know about, which statement the Honb. Judge should consider at the time of giving his judgement :

1. In 498a the lady told her written FIR : Her husband & his parents are gentleman beyond any doubt & he maintain all the responsibilities of her wife & parents too.

2. Again she filed dv act 2005 case against her husband & his parents. where she sated, after the date of marriage her husband & his parents tortured for dowry & taking all the stridhan article from her custody to their custody & this list of article mentioned in a white paper & not to produce any purchase bill against her complain.

BOTH THIS STATEMENT  OF THAT LADY HAD FILED AFFIDAVITS AGAINST SUPPORT OF HER STATEMENT.

WHICH STATEMENTS  R TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE HONB. JUDGE 1ST COMPLAINT  OR 2ND COMPLAINT  FOR GIVING JUDGEMENT.
