I am a recent victim of false stridhan claim. She has filed as civil case in family court. In case she has mentioned that “
At the time of marriage she has received 60 sovereigns of gold, silver vessels, Cloths for herself, electronic items as a marriage gifts and the same is handed to in-laws as forming a trustee and they are keeping in their possession”
Really nothing was handed over to us at the time of marriage. For that a claim of 30 lakhs and attached land my mother’s name.
She has not mentioned that from whom she has received the ornaments and other things for 30 lakhs.
1. My question is that if she tells that the ornaments and other things were given to her by me and my parents and showing a fake bill in our names then how to contest this case.
