Does Family Courts Have Powers to Impose Fine or Punish the wife who seeks divorce on un prooved grounds like 498a Domesticvoilance etc?

but you need to file cases like defamation.perjury etc.court will take cognizance and if proved will punish the respondents

once the cases are decided after prolong battle roaming in the courts and finally if you got acquitted then you have chances with the merit points in the judgement you can file perjury case against your wife and pray the court to punish her but this battle again takes a long way and already you have faced all the cases
