I have a very big problem in my family. We have a joint family house .
In this house we have following family residing.
1. My fathers family.
2. My fathers brother family.
3. my fathers sister
4. My fathers elder brother family is living in a seprate house.
5. My father younger brother lives in UK
we have a problem that 4. elder brother children are creating a problem they want to buy our portion he is saying that he wants to buy our property as my father wants to buy his property. His son told my father that he will not sell his property he will buy my fathers portion.
My father wants to sell his part, his brother part who is residing in Uk and and my aunts part that is equal to 3 parts. He is denying and playing with our family and creating a problem.
This house is owned by my father but he has no papers except the House tax, water tax, and the deed which my grand mother gave to my father. but my cuzin did not accept that deed. my father is very simple person and we have no idea how do we proceed.
Can you please advice or help?
