Dear All

As i require suggetion regarding the law as SIL she had married with another person with out registration 

and now she had send the divorce notice to my brother so  pls guide me what to do as the person whom she married he is very rich person 

As my brother still want her to come back but she is not ready my brother has 2yrs son ... son is there with my SIL what is the process if she send the notice as we are middle class family and todays condition is v cant effort the case
