I have two cousin sisters. namrata and pinky both are unmarried. namrata was elder and pinky is younger. namrata did govt job so she was eligible for pension. last month namrata died. pinky has no job and she is also unmarried.
now my query, is pinky eligible for family pension after death of her elder sister.
