Family problem

i had been married since last 5 years... and happily living but now suddenly my inlaws dont want my wife to stay with me.... and they have forcefully kept her in their home.... and we have no contacts since last 2 months..... and even they r not ready to tell the problem to me...... ?????? what shall i do....????????

Wait for more few months.Send her sms and mails requesting to come back with polite language and keep them safe in your mobile  and laptop.Wait and and watch to find out their motive.Check if she(wife) had any other affair.

You should not start any legal steps right now and from your side..I feel.Try to know what your wife wants through some common friends.

I am surprised if she has not any problem why she will accompany to such strange act of her family.

 Go to the police station and tell them that your in laws have forcefully kept your wife at their place since the past two months . Pay a little bit of vitamen M to a cop and let him accompany you to your in laws place and let him put forth the questions . They will vomit out the truth and try to give an explanation what ever it is when questioned . After getting their answers than decide accordingly as to what exactly you want to do .

As per the situtuation...Make a few communications and keep a record of it....

Lodge a complaint with the police, you may say that your wife is abducted by your inlaws since you say there is force invovled....

You can also after all of this can proceed under sec 97 CrPc...
