The information provided by Mr Arun Kumar is useful and the Law Commission recomedations to Govt , will meet the present day situation in courts regardign the Cheque Bounce cases

Dear Dr. Arun Kumar,
Thank you for the valuable information on Law Commission report No.213. But there is another Guidelines issued by the Government of India apart from law Commission Report No.213. But the information that you posted is very informative, and I am also surprised that one of my my professor Mrs.Lakshmi Jambholkar, is a part time member of the Commission in the Report No.213.

Even directions/guidelines of Supreme Court are not followed. Who cares for recommendations of Law Commission.
