Hello Sir,

According to my point of view, the wife is the owner of the property purchased and children can have their share either with the consent of the mother or after the death of the mother.

Thanks for your valuable point..What ratio can children get from the property? Equal or only mother can decide? Can children demand their part from property?

All of them get equal share if they prove that full money was invested by father and also winning chances is 50:50only.she may claim for maintenance also on that property.

Their is only money from property sale and mother has kept that with her only. She is alive and living separate.in such condition can children demand their part?

They can demand but if she claims maintenance then all of u have to pay her maintenance.

Why the children are so enstranged from the mother? The posting suggests deeper issues. Please post complete facts.
