Dear Sir, My Father has sold the Property (House)of both SOP and Ancestral property, since my brother wife forcefully entered my father house, when they are not in station and after that my father given a complaint to police station and trespassing case has been registered, but no action has been taken till date. after trespassing she sold some of the house hold articles in OLX and also from the date of trespassing, my parents are staying in some rented house. now recently my father sold the both the property. My Question is , whether my brother wife can question this sale of property and how to evict her from the property, in order to handed over to the buyer.

She can question the sale of property, but a slim change for her to succeed.  It is the buyer's headache to get her vacated.  He will file a case against her as a trespasser.

Dear Prabhakar Sir...on what grounds she can question, since the whole property is belongs to my father and all our family members, including my brothers are signed the Sale deed.

first of all stand corrected.

she is not a tresspasser.

now your family is liable to provide her another accommodation.

Sudhirkumarji, sir we found that this is the final option for in order to evict her, since she is not allowing my parents to enter and stay in their own house and for financial source they are not earning, but she is earning.

hence in order to safe gaurd them from both financial and future, my father has sold the property.

Why my parents has to give accomdation, since she has a capability of earning money and more over she is a teacher in private school, that i have collected from RTI also.

Please advise.

What are the other problems which we may face from my brother wife, all the sales process has been completed.

Sales value Cheque credited to my father account and Khatha also transfered to the buyer name.

She can stop this process ?
