There are 5 childrens ( 3 males 2 females) in a family and they have two houses both were in their mother's name. Their father is alive and their mother died a month ago. Now my father tries to sell one of the house without consulting us? Is that allowed in indian law?
what is the right of the 5 children in their mother's property? what is the right of my father in this property?property?

Sir, is that property your mother's self earned property? If yes, then all her children and her husband have equal share in that property.

first confirm record of rights contain all your 5 names. if they r there no one will purchase the property without signs of all you.ur father cannot sell and nobody will purchase it
