Hello Sir/Madam. I'm very thank full to all the respected lawyers who contribute their knowledge through this website.
In my earlier posts I've mentioned many details about my father's land. Im a second wife son of my father who died this year 2014. Now my mother and my step mother's family have decided to build a house ( ground floor, not molding roof but just sheet roof house) in my father's land.my father passed away this year 2014. so all the land documents is registered in his name alone. my mother and my step mother have agreed mutually to share the land equally and build house on their respective share. but we're little worried whether will their arise any legal problems. still now the land is in my father's name who is already dead. so is it right and ok to build house in the land. or should we transfer the land in my mothers name and step mothers name and then build the house. to be honest we started the construction work already but suddenly we felt this doubt. so please respected sir/madam help me.
