My bother and brother's wife trying to take all the property of my mod and dad. We have three home which is more than 30 years old. So there is no 7/12 report. All the home. document is on Power of Atterny only.
1 home is on my dad's name which is big and another 2 is on my mom's name.
My brother and brother's wife are very clever. Even my brother is also doing my father's sign.
If mom or day not alive, can they take all the property since i don't have any document ?
