Fathers will on property to mother ownership

hi All,

I have a question regarding family property and need help.

Short Brief. Family property was valued and each share was paid off by me to all members as agreed years back. The Father's Will said to transfer the property to mother with no buy/sell right after father passed away. Later after mothers death property will be transfered to me. Now there are certain instabilities with other members in the familes.

Question:

1. Can mother sell this propery without my(Children) consent?

2. Can mother get loan on this property?

3. Do i need a consent from all members to transfer the property in my name after mother passed away?

Thanks in Advance

Sam

1,no she cannot sell the property, she only no BUY/SELL rights .

2,no she cannot go for loan as it indirectly    amounts to selling only.

3,no need, it will get transferred automatically, on the safer side u want you can get relinquished agreement signed from all the other sisters.
