FDP orders

Hi All,

my sister filed an partition suit & recently our house survey & land survey done by surveyor appointed by court. She is the elder sister & we three are younger brothers to her. my father is no more & our mother living with her. we have applied for the survey report. but we received only house survey report, but still we haven't received any land survey report. from 2 hearing's our lawyer is absent & now case is immediately showing for orders & arguments from respondents nil in an jmfc court. we haven't submit any objection so far because still we haven't received land survey report. if we ask our lawyer he is saying that i don't know why they are ordering before we received land survey report & before we submit objection.
my question is
what it is for order means under FDP case?
what we can do in this situation?
what will be the next step?
what we can do if it come against us?
how we want to know how court is dividing our property?
we already invested money to crop what to do for this?
only me elder brother only fighting this in the court other two my younger brothers not coming to court till now they are just supporting me financially to pay lawyer fee, so other two my brothers can file different case or any application?
please suggest me, it will be too much help.

Thanks in advance.
Kumar

Hello,

When the case is listed for "orders" in a partition suit, it typically means that the court is ready to issue rulings or directions on various aspects of the case. This could include deciding on objections, hearing arguments from the parties involved, and issuing orders related to the partition process.

In a partition suit, the court will typically determine how the property should be divided among the co-owners. The division may be based on factors such as the size of each owner's share, the value of different portions of the property, or any agreements reached by the parties involved. It's important to consult with your lawyer to understand how the court is likely to divide the property based on the specific circumstances of your case.  fnaf 2

If your other two brothers are interested in filing a separate case or application related to the property, they should consult with their own legal counsel. They can discuss their specific concerns and explore any additional legal options available to them.
