Fear of arrest pending slp in supreme court in 498 case

if a bail application is rejected by high court and the accused files SLP in supreme Court, can the Police still arrest the accused or they have to wait till supreme court order on the SLP ?

My anticipatory bail was rejected by High court and now we have filed SLP in Supreme court against this order of HIgh court. The police station has been informed that we have filed SLP .

Can they still arrest me since my AB was rejected ? or they will wait for outcome of SLP before taking further action .

Yes you can be arrested as at present there is no relief by supreme court that arrest should not be made till SLP is heard or decided
