Females - Are they really innocent?

Whether the complainant can bribe to the Police? Is it real - cannot be belive with reasonable doubt- Have any one have heared that complainant who is victim u/s 498a or 376 have to bribe the police. However accused usually gives bribe for weakening of the evidences brought into records

If this above statement is what you call logical or practical then my quest ends here.  There is a famous saying in Hindi:

""Bhains ke aage been bajana""..

You really need to see what happens in reality. The cries in ALL INDIA could not be fake about 498a and dv act etc. Every other case filed udner these laws end up with a finding the 80% of the allegations were after thoughts and remaining 20% does not constitute a crime under these laws. But irony is that news papers do not print this news ever neither do they post if a court slaps fine or imprisonment for false case.

Now the latest armour to wiked women is S.376IPC. All she need to do is pick a guy of her choice. Make sure he gets to sleep with her and thats it!! She can directly go and file a case under this section and allege that after promising the boy had s*x and now backing out! He is done! But similarly if a boy wants, he could not even file a cheating case because people like you would say that the girl must have some genuinity !!!! WTF!! When in same situations girl could be excused and presumed innocent then why is a boy treated like a convict?

Weirdest of all laws are laws protecting women because they talk about their protection but they are candidly silent on what to do if a woman misuses it !!!!

In fact whole structure of IPC & CrPC is full or logical errors.

I feel Brits made it like this purposefully so that they can rule this country for longer time and they did. But they knew that one day they would have to leave as well. So they made provision which would crush this country under filthy court cases.

All the provisions talk about punishments and crime, but non talk about FLASE CASES............period!!

Supreme Court of India ruled that when a case is in initial stage of framing of charges could not be dealt in detail as that is a matter of trial. What foolish statement! When a person has been framed falsely, then should he first suffer the agony for many years and then claim that I'm innocent ????

Such are the rulings which allow the courts to run "Law Shops" but do not support to meet the ends of justice!!

And the provisions are MOST misused by women today............................

One thing I have been noticing in LCI.

Many women like Utpala,Liberal,Princess,I etc atleast believe(though we have no proof) that women may be misusing laws.

However,when it comes to men,hardly any man in LCI is willing to admit that inlaws CAN ACTUALLY torture the daughter-in-law and her parents.And that these inlaws can actually INTERFERE in the son's married life.

Such men are posting all sorts of threads to spread hatred against women(read wives).

You hardly see any woman posting such threads against menfolk,to defame Indian husbands.

This itself shows that women are softer,and more compassionate than Indian men,who are blinded by what their parents teach them.

@ Roshini Yes many families torture their brides mentally by putting certain restrictions which they are ready to accept . Physical tortures are very less and if done any is the sufficient cause for men to land in jail

When women get mentally tortured they find the alternatives such as provisons of law for attacking/defensing them

The basic motive of this post was to discuss & elicit comments based on the subject of the post. But it seems we got swayed in the general fight of Boys V/s Girls.

This is a fact that any girl is not sober, polite or gentle by choice. They have no other option. In the whole world a person who is physically weaker is always bullied by the stronger. Like US empowered Afghanistan etc. Similarly if we talk about a normal boy of certain age, as compared to him a girl of same age would be physically weaker than him. Can we expect the girl to actually get into physical fight with this guy one-on-one? Answer is irrevocabally and unequivocally NO!!

There was a comment about the pain which a girl goes through while delivering child. I ask you a question, does that girl do it by choice? Does she has any other option? That is the only natural way of reproduction to keep the population going on! What's so great a girl do in that? If Iw as born a girl I would also suffer from such pain and not only this pain, but also the monthly biological cycle for 20-25years. Still I wouldn't have any choice but to bear this.

If there was an option for a girls to do away with monthly biological cycle, I firmly believe every girl would prefer to take that option. Similarly other points are also there.

There are designated tasks which we ethically and formally presume to be done by respective gender. That is not gender bias but natural and cultural procedure. What's wrong in that? If a girl does all the work at home, then the boy works outside the home. Let me give a very simple example of three typical tasks which a married couple would distribute conventionally::

Wife:: Cook food, Office, Take care of child

Husband:: Office, Bring grocery/vegitables/fruits/gifts for family, Protect whole family

Apart from office, we conventionally expect a girl only to cook. That is the only extra work we expect her to do. But that too receives too much resistance (as I saw in other post from @Utpala). Would a girl carry 50Kg of Grocery and vegitables? In my family it doesnt happen at all. We have mutually distributed all tasks and no one objects to do a task extra. I don't know why daughter-in-law makes it an issue when we expect her to do the same work which a daughter would have done. PERIOD!!!!

@ saurabh This only is only because The girl who has been represented by her parents wants separation at any cost and playing double standard tactics. She pretend to be polite with her husband and take negative aspects with her in laws her only motive is to create tensionb between the two and if she succed then she has the husband on which she can dominate her and if she fail the dowry law/cruelty comes . the parents of the girl too support their version and start meeting with lawyers and NGOS . infact they are spoiling the home of the girl

The fault of the husband only is that he tries to mainatain balance with wife and his parents. If he succedds thenb wife find the reasons for creating tension and trouble and if the husband resist politely THEN THIS IS THE BEGINING OF 498A / DV ACT
