I want to file a legal case against LIC management because I have evidence where management had done violation in the employee’s transfer policy and gave the benefit to their own beloved or favorite employees.
Kindly help me to prepare the legal notice so that I able to send it to the management and also give me suggestion in the following…..
The hierarchy of management is as
There is one division and the senior most employee in the division is called Sr Divisional Manager and all the divisions are covered under Zonal Manager and all zonal manager covered under Central office in Mumbai
My question is that I had already represent with documentary proof through email to the Sr Divisional manager which show the violation of transfer policy, approx one month before, but till date no reply is from Sr Divisional Manager and suggest me whether I should again represent to Zonal manager and central office or directly file a case in High court.
What procedure is benefited to me?
