Filing act 26 of hma during divorce case

What is the procedure to get ,fight and win child custody ACT 26 of HMA during divorce petition which is filed by Wife.

Ask your advocate who's defending you divorce case in Family court and if you haven't appointed one than appoint someone e for the work. Why you seek free legal consultancy here in this forum and get insulted.

You have not posted the relevant facts as to why you seek custody of the five year old child, who in the normal course ought to be with the mather.

I want to contribute on kids education and monthly expense and get the visitation first during my divorce and #498a case . Subsequently ask for custody if possible .Please suggest.
