I HAVE MARRIED IN INDIA BUT I AM STATING IN AMERICA SINCE 22 YEARS. HERE HE IS ABUSING ME. I HAVE FILED A CASE IN AMERICA AGAINST HIM. THAT IS STILL RUNNING. NOW I A WANT TO APPLY DIVERSE. HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET DIVERSE IN INDIA. IF MUTUALLY AGREED, HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. I WANT EARLY DIVERSE. PL. HELP ME.

Divorce cases take too much time in India, it will take more than year but if you concrete proof for cause or divorce. Only mutual consent divorce that is if both husband an wife argree to divorce can be settled faster.
It is better you file police complaint if he abuse or beat you there in US, as the action is very strong , Besides why don you file divorce in US.

If you want to file a mutual consent divorce in India then it will take not more than six months for disposal.
If you have any such plan, then you may visit India and file the mutual consent divorce along with him at the earliest.
