We (about 300 litigants) won the delay compensation court case against a builder in Gurgaon. The final NCDRC verdict was delivered in Sep 2022, but the builder is not honoring the court verdict. We are planning to file for Execution. I have the following questions:
1. What is the process for filing Execution Case? Is it a straight forward standard process or complex?
2. How long it would take for court to make the final decision on Execution case?
