My wife has filed DV case against me and there she has made many contradictory statements. Can I file case of perjury ? How to file it and where to file it? Can I make an application in the same DV case to initiate a case of perjury or I have to file separate case for it?
Please suggest and oblige

It is filed in the same court where the DV ahas been filed..
The ideal time to file depends to how much has been pejured by the complainant...
