My wife has filed a transfer petition in the Kerala High Court against the Div & G&W filed by me in the Thiruvananthapuram Family court on the ground that her previous case for recovery of assets is pending before the Family Court Nedumangadu. Now it is pending before the HC for more than six months even without a knowledge of the date for next hearing.
Now please tell me if I can submit an application personally for transfering the case at the earliest as I have no objection in transfering the case. Also specify if there is any particular format for submitting such an application
