We had put a dischharge application in our DV Case. The MM court kept on draggin the proceedings and now after 7 months the Hon'ble judge has dismissed my discharge application and mentioned in the order that we had put the application to delay the proceedings which has defeated the very purpose for which DV Act was made.
We didn't delay the proceedings. The judge kept on extending the aruement dates for various reasons and now he is putting the blame on us.
Will this order have any adverse effect on our case.
