FIR against wife's mental illness

Can I file FIR against in-laws for hiding mental illness at the time of marriage of my wife after 2.5 years of our marriage? Or, Should I directly go to court?

Take mutual divorce or throw her out and file RCR, you abscond for 2 years, but keep attending RCR case, win the RCR case and file divorce after 2 years from date of decree of RCR/RCR order.  You will get divorce.

Mental illness proving tough, you will become mental in the process. dont waste time either take mutual divorce or file RCR.

Your duty is to see the welfare of your wife and children after marriage. Why do not you  think to arrange doctors for  treatment to her ?
