Does an Office Building below 15 meters height in Chennai required a Fire NOC?
The requirements stated in TN Fire Service Website (https://www.tnfrs.tn.nic.in/public.htm) is not so clear. It's mentioning very clearly about the requirement of Multi Storied Building.
In this document (https://www.tnfrs.tn.nic.in/NOC%20Fire%20Licence%20%20Ease%20of%20Doing%20Business.pdf) it is mentioned the Approving Authority for Fire NOC for buildings having height upto 17.00 meters. So is this means any building, irespective of heights, required a Fire NOC.
Please help in interpretating the right manner.
