Firm Registration

Hi Dear All

I belongs to Belgaum Karnataka. here i only wanted to know a bout a firm registration in karnataka

actually i wanted to register a firm where i can run some IT(Software) and Geo spatial servicess.

can it possible with a shop act license.

please direct me what should i have to a complete process.
