Flat area correction on gift deed

Sir,

As per the RERA Norms, the area of the Flat to be mearsured as per Carpet Area.

Sir, Thanks for your reply , however let me rephrase my question. Actual flat area 560 sq. Ft. Carpet. However as per registration office mentioned in gift deed as 560 sq. Ft. Built-up. How to rectify this? If I don't rectify this mistake will I face any problems in future to sell the flat?
