Flat deliver delay

Dear Lawyers, Kindly give vision about my issues. I have purchase a Flat on 2012.07. While purchase only empty land. Builder make agreement for 1 year it will complete and hand over to me on 2013.07. but now 2014 till builder not handover to me. Stage by stage payment released. Total payment is 1850000. piad 1711000 upto may 2014. From builder side there is no information about what position and why this delay and what compensation has provide. i am only follow the builder directly if i am drop mail regarding about status - no response..Builders agreement not mention compensation if delay. still this buildup project very slow and builders customer care staff speaking very rudely Verbally said "Flat able to deliver on sep 2014 its only try our side, if you fight you go anywhere we ready to face and also we not give your flat to you". (Verbally delivery time change after agreement 4 times) i am middle class, almost pre-emi monthly 13500 paid. i can't able to change Emi 16000 because i am living in rent house paid rent monthly 6500. Looking my other expenses my family and parent medical treatment. i am faced lots of financial problem. (Total Salary 29000 only) Kindly advise how to solve the issue and any possible to get compensation and give force to deliver the flat quickly. Regards R.Ganesh
