Dear All:
I am evaluating purchasing a flat, which was owned jointly (50% each) by a husband and wife. Husband has expired. A will with court stamp is in place which bequeaths the right in the flat to the wife. Will clearly specifies that the two daughters of the couple do not have any right.
In this instance, do I need Succession Certificate in the name of the wife for proper title. Understand its a long drawn process. Is there any way out?
