flex board

Hello sir this is humairaa I run a beaity parlour in my flat . I wish to put up a board on tje society gate and I am ready to pay to the society for the same . earlier last month I had put up my offer ad stickers on the notice board of the society of course i had paid for it but one of the member removed it saying that we dont have space to put up notices where there is ample space infact the notice boards are empty. So I just want to know what is the legal process if I want to put board on the gate. Thank you Please help
