Hello I am married now.my father is expired in Novemner 2012. I have elder brother who is a doctor but never wish to do anything in his life. My father had FD's of total 40 lacs around n property calculationg total 1.25 cr.
1.)my mom she wants to claim her claim on all property .she wants to go to her brother's place permently where otherside i am ready to take care of herself..she don't wish to give anything to her children.( me n brother).but her brothers(my maternal uncle) they wish to take all her property.
2.) About my brother he is having same wish he want all FD ( around 40 lacs) for himself.he is having keep (his wife is not staying with him).Till now i never asked for any kind of share to my brother or mother. then also my brother started blaming me that u will not get any shares from father's property coz i am a girl. n now married.If i tries to take anything then he told me he will kill me or murder me.
Now i am scaring about it if i wish to take my share how can i take it from them coz they will kill me.. As a girl always i got step behaviour from my parrents from my childhood .mother or brother nobody wish to give me my share. please guide me what i can do in this case i want my share coz mother will shares all property with my maternal uncles n my brother will throw behind his keep.
Please guide me how can i protect myself n will get my share.
