Forcefully signed notarized doc

Two /three persons forcefully taken a sign on notarized doc showing a widow has taken money from them. They also torchered her son (age16). His condition was so bad that he was admitted to civil hospital. Now, these people filed 420 on this widow using notarized doc. And police files kidnapping in them. Both cases by police. Now the persons filed case as soon as notarized. Case on widow is now on evidence level. But in case on the person summons is still awaiting from a 1and half year. What should widow take a stand. Does any special protection or help widow can get.
