Appeal:
The CPIO ,NIACL furnished an evasive, distorted and mischievous reply consisting of two pages.
The applicant submits that he has been denied of his own Provident Fund which amounts to forefeiture of his provident fund.
The Head Office of the insurance company is bound to supply a speaking order to justify denial /forefeiture of the provident fund (own contribution ) of the applicant.
The appellant has never authorized any NIACL official to deduct from his Provident Fund a single rupee without his explicit consent.
The CPIO,be ordered to supply the complete,correct and transparent information of denial /forefeiture/deduction of provident fund of the applicant including the details of officials responsible for illegal and inhuman act.
