Foreigner stay

Peace,

Yesterday my fiance came from USA she gonna stay in mumbai for around 4 months. She is staying with my family.

Do i have to inform at police station about her stay at my home? Or its applicable only if she is taking a home on a lease agreement?

Please see post in this forum on "Foreigners Report To Police Order 2001 for printed copy of actual order. You do not have to report in most cases.
