foreigner visa problems

Dear All, I received an employment visa from the indian embassy in Brussels after submitting my contract and supporting letter to state my excellence in job quality.

I'm 50% shareholder in an indian company and managing director. The company has given me a contract as managing director with tax and health liabilities and all.

Now the FRRO is refusing me for 9 months to register. They say I cannot hold shares and at the same time hold employment visa.

I have checked on the home department web site an according to that notice I should qualify for employment visa.

Next question : how do you argue/fight against those FRRO guys ?

I went to the collectorate this afternoon and they didn't even want to check if what the FRRO says was correct or not. and FRRO refuses me to show the rule to proof his point.

little helpless for the moment I must say.
