A and B are neighbours and blood relations and have side by side properties..( Vacant Open Plots) .
B sold her property. While selling she changed total area of A' s property and registered a sale deed to C. For this registration she submitted a local licenses surveyor( Duly stamped and signed by surveyor ) report.
A is not aware when this people entered into her property and when they did this survey and when this registration happened?. After searching into details A found this registration was done with forged details in her plot area in the month of Aug 2021.
Merits of this complaint :
1. Illegal and forcefully entry into A's property without her concern.
2. Illegal survey report
3. Cheating the Govt of Andhrapradesh by this registration with forged documents( Survey report from a licensed surveyor)
4. A' s constitutional right is affected.
5. A's actual registered property area is disturbed.
Shall A's Husband go to police station to lodge a police complaint on B with above merits.
