Hi,
I enetrerd into an aggrement to sell the property on 18th oct 2011, the aggrement gives 45 days to make the balance payment and close the transaction. Now the 45 days is oven and the transaction was not closed, i wanted to call it back by returning the money. The buyer and propery dealer has forged my signature on dito same sale purcahse aggremnt with the provided closing date on 2 month. What action can be taken against dealer and the buyer.
