Hi all professionals
i have few questions about forged doccument (will) which has submitted in lowyer court as evidence and the honble judge notify as nullandvoiid .
1 what is the next step .
if the person who made forged and given false evidence died can i take the action against his successors as they are benificiary ?

well in that case the will has to be nullified or suit to nulify the same in revenue records should be done if at all the benefits of the property passed on by the forged will.
