Good day to all. I am 77 years of age , having a case pending against landlady in Small causes court near picket road , crawford market in mumbai. Last two years there is no judje in court. A third party has applied for being admitted as a party to the case in which he has forged my electricity bills in his name and presented before court. i am having not only the original bill in my name , but also payment receipt for that period . also RTI query clearly shows that electricity meter was in my name in that period. Is it possible for me to file case for forgery in criminal court or do i have to wait till judje is appointed in my court and bring it to his notice ? Thanks in advance to all .
