1. What is form 11( revised) (I have downloaded it). What is its importance ? I
have read on CaClubof india Site that "A declaration Form-11 is to be obtained from all employees joining the establishment.Whether their salary below 6500 or greater.Without maitain form No.11 epf dept treat to employee deemed under pf.and it will be penalised as per pf act"
please tell is it true?
where I can get this law in Black and white so that I can submit with PF commissioner on Monday
