In divorce case, the court has sent the summons in September 2015 but till date the acknowledgement is not back. Court sent the notice again one in January 2016 and another in February 2016. Both the acknowledgement do not provide clear view of whether accepted or refused or any other reason.
The respondent is well aware of the case but is lingering and manipulating it. The date now is on 22nd of this month. The petitioner now wants to take the permission for publishing in newspaper.
Please provide the format in which application is to be submitted in the court to seek the permission to publish in newspaper because it is now high time and the respondent will always linger the case like this.
