Dear Sir,
i have purchased flat in PCMC area of Pune. During making of Agreement to sale & transfer deed, there was typing mistake made in four boundries ( Chatuh seema). But survay no. Plot no. & Flat no. is as per record.
In Agreement between Pramoter & previous land Lord The four boundries ( Chatuh seema). are right. but in my Flat agreement, there was typing mistake.
Is it necessary to change the transfer deed & correct the mistake.
Please advise me,
