fraduelent marriage

I was cheated by my wife, like she is elder than me. so I have cross checked. All the information furnished by her and family is false and fake. in this circumstances is it possible to file case against her and her family. please advise me.

why didn't you inquire before the marriage?

let your elders talk to themn over this issue to settle the issue peacefully.

I think you have not posted full facts.  If it is an arranged marriage, your elders/well wishers might have been inquired about her and her family.  for any reaons, if you want divorce, it is a minimum period of one year from the date of marriage to file divorce suit in a court of law.

Beware groom !!!!

You will have to face the consequence of your default for not cross-checking the proposal before marriage. Now that chapter is over and out.

It would be appropriate to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciaiton of facts, guidance and proceeding.

I already filed the divorce case, now I came to know this age matter also. shall I file the complaint against her and her family about the fradulent marriage.
